Description:

Our Association is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to manage the office and handle duties for upper management, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, organized, and a team player. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady accurate completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, scheduling meetings, answering phones, and reordering supplies
  • Using computers to generate reports, fill dealer orders, and conduct research
  • Greet and assist visitors while maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Assisting with the planning of various meetings and events
  • Update and maintain data base for all membership
  • Generate invoices and maintain accounts payable and receivable 

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in related field
  • Prior administrative experience 
  • Excellent computer and oral skills
  • Must be able to maintain modern office equipment
  • Must be able to work independently, exercising good judgement and initiative 
  • Proficient in QuickBooks software
