Key Responsibilities

• Develop legal problems based on professional experience, including relevant facts, jurisdiction, governing law, and reference answers.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal documents, contractual provisions, privilege assessments, and legal citations.
• Assess legal reasoning in light of applicable law, procedural rules, standards of review, and case-specific facts.
• Identify legal inaccuracies, unsupported arguments, and weaknesses in AI-generated work.
• Provide clear, structured explanations and feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Flag ambiguous instructions and explain complex legal judgments.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in legal practice, compliance, regulatory work, or policy.
• Strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex information and explain professional judgments clearly.
• Comfort working independently on ambiguous tasks and identifying unclear instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in one or more areas, including litigation, criminal justice, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or policy.
• Relevant experience as a practicing attorney, paralegal, legal assistant, compliance specialist, or policy professional.
• Experience reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, or evaluating legal arguments.
