Notary Signing Agent Opportunity

Are you a notary public in South Charleston, West Virginia who wants to earn more from every appointment? Certified Mobile Notary Service is looking for Notary Signing Agents to handle mortgage loan signings in South Charleston and nearby communities. This is a U.S. only opportunity.

As a Notary Signing Agent you will meet borrowers in person or remotely to guide them through the signing of their mortgage loan documents. Appointments include refinances, home purchases, home equity lines of credit, reverse mortgages, and seller packages. You will make sure every page is signed, dated, initialed, and notarized correctly so the loan can close on time.

Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in South Charleston and surrounding areas. Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required. Walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed. Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log. Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline. Ensure compliance with West Virginia and federal notary laws and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.

Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence. Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology. Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.

$75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
