Mobile Notary Signing Agent

Certified Mobile Notary Service is now hiring Mobile Notary Signing Agents in Charleston, West Virginia. We are looking for a reliable remote mortgage notary public to complete loan signing appointments for borrowers throughout Charleston and the surrounding area. This is a U.S. only opportunity.

This position is for a mobile and remote notary signing agent who will complete mortgage loan signing appointments for lenders, title companies, and escrow offices. You will verify signer identity, walk borrowers through their closing package, notarize documents accurately, and make sure every loan package is returned complete and error free.

Key duties include conducting mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Charleston and surrounding areas. You will verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required. You will walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed. You will accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log. You will return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline. You will ensure compliance with West Virginia and federal notary laws and regulations. You will maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. You will provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.

Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. Active notary public commission in your state of residence. Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology. Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.

Job requirements include a high speed internet connection, a reliable computer with a camera and microphone, a printer, a mobile phone, reliable transportation, and a home office set up.

Payment is $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment. Schedule and location are flexible contract work. Choose the appointments that fit your schedule. Remote and mobile assignments in Charleston, West Virginia and the surrounding area, U.S. only.
