Warehouse Materials CoordinatorLocation: Charleston, WV Type: Contract + full benefits Pay: $25/hr ResponsibilitiesSupport warehouse operations, including inventory storage, materials management, shipping, receiving, and space utilization.Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.Perform receiving, picking, packing, stocking, and shipping activities.Verify vendor shipments against purchase orders (POs), resolve discrepancies, and complete inventory transactions and reconciliations in SAP.Monitor stocking levels, identify obsolete or excess materials, and recommend minimum/maximum inventory adjustments.Conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics teams on material availability, deliveries, and order fulfillment.Maintain warehouse organization, follow safety procedures, and support inventory controls.QualificationsExperience in warehouse operations, materials management, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or industrial logistics.Experience in oil and gas, energy, utilities, pipeline operations, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar material-handling equipment.Experience with SAP or similar ERP/inventory management systems preferred.Knowledge of purchase orders, inventory tracking, cycle counts, and warehouse procedures.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check*All applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
