Schedule: Part-Time

Pay: Up to $16/hr (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

Do you enjoy working with people and creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join a busy dental practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys interacting with patients, answering phones, and helping keep the front office running smoothly. No dental software experience is required, making this a great opportunity for candidates with reception, customer service, or administrative experience. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Reception & Check-In - Greet patients with a friendly attitude, assist with check-in procedures, and ensure every visitor feels welcome.

• Appointment Scheduling - Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized and accurate calendar.

• Phone Support - Answer incoming calls professionally, assist with patient inquiries, and route calls as needed.

• Front Office Coordination - Support daily office operations by maintaining patient information and assisting with administrative tasks.

• Exceptional Customer Service - Help create a positive patient experience by always providing courteous and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment.

• Basic computer skills required.

• No dental software experience required.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM
