Production Worker (Sissonville, WV Full Time)

Join a dynamic team with Manpower! Now accepting applications for production workers for a facility in Sissonville, WV! This is not a temporary position. Shifts available:

• Monday to Friday
• 1st Shift: 6AM – 2PM
• 2nd Shift: 2PM – 10PM
• 3rd Shift: 10PM – 6AM

Weekly pay! Pay: Up to $14.50 Responsibilities:

• Assembling materials and components
• Managing inventory and warehouse organization
• Completing basic documentation and tracking materials
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborating with a supportive, high-energy team
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Attendance/reporting to work daily
• Daily commute to the worksite in Sissonville (20 mins from Charleston, reliable transportation required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Passing pre-employment screenings required for consideration
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Being able to stand for 8 or more hours
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic numerical skills
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

• Manufacturing or equipment-related experience
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn quickly and complete training successfully
