Executive Secretary

Salary: $3,224 to $4,545 per month
Qualifications: As outlined in the attached job description and
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Inventory and WVEIS
3. Detailed record keeping
4. Skill in handling financial and payroll related reports, travel and correspondence
5. Capacity to adapt to changing administrative responsibilities

Employment Term: 260 days (start date to be determined by Superintendent)
Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
