Come discover a company that is focused on the quality of our vehicles, the environment, the community and the world in which we live.Position Duties: Review morning inventories for potential criticalsCheck part status for all customersCheck parts owed to plantsAnalyze and prepare any expedites needed for plantsReview all customers using the same part and prioritize shipmentsMake shippers for early trucks and print Pick list at shipping officePrepare car loading matrix for switchesCheck railcar cubing and total shipping volume by partAdd shortage parts to Critical list Coordinate with Scheduling the required die sets and changeover to protect customersReview Rack Status and Daily Rack Inventory for shortagesPrint available car inventoryReview car manifests in CMMS to find required racksSelect railcars to bring in for switchesCheck TSAA for overdue rail cars or inbound trucksReview for critical shortages from plant startupPut lineup in CMMS informing customer what is being done about any parts that are out of transitCheck all customers for CUM disagreementsAnswer all part shortagesMonitor part statuses at customers in CMMS and answer required status changes as the day progressesSkills Required: Materials Management, Material Requirements Planning, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Analytical, SAP, Lean Six SigmaLean Manufacturing, Inventory ControlExperience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment in the areas of Production Control or Materials Management.Manufacturing plant experienceEducation Required: Associate DegreeFull Onsite#J-18808-Ljbffr
