Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a key portfolio within the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS), delivering payment solutions and associated services to clients around the globe. The VCS PMO team works collaboratively with Product Development, Product Management, Operations & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Client Services, and other enterprise teams across global and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, governance, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives. The Technical Program Manager will act as a key PMO leader responsible for driving the successful planning, coordination, and execution of complex programs composed of multiple interdependent initiatives across product and technology teams. This role requires a highly proactive, execution-driven leader who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, and ambiguous environment. The candidate will play a critical role in aligning teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery of high-impact initiatives tied to business and technology outcomes. This position combines program-level leadership with the ability to step into hands-on project execution when needed, ensuring continuity, momentum, and delivery under changing priorities or resource constraints. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator or tracker, but a strong driver of execution who ensures commitments are delivered, demonstrates ownership, and brings structure to complex environments.
