Sr. Director, North America OFD Operations
Job Summary
Leads the Oracle Financing Division (OFD) Global Operations team for North America, ensuring customer contracts are structured, booked, and serviced in accordance with OFD policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. This hands-on leadership role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for a specialized team responsible for highly complex financing transactions and payment solutions.
Partners with stakeholders across Oracle and OFD to drive operational excellence, enable Oracle's evolving business models, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Enable Oracle's One Oracle strategy by supporting complex commercial transactions, payment solutions, and the packaging of Oracle products and services throughout the customer lifecycle.
Serve as the primary North America Operations partner to Oracle counterparts in Sales, Legal, Global Finance Operations, Revenue Recognition and Global Business Finance, as well as externally to customers and financial institutions.
Lead the negotiation, approval, and operational execution of complex payment solutions in partnership with OFD Legal, ensuring compliance with Oracle policies and financing requirements.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, external financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and support successful customer outcomes.
Drive operational excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives that improve processes, strengthen governance, enhance scalability, and elevate the customer experience.
Collaborate with Business Applications and Business Transformation project teams to implement new tools, technologies, and automation that improve operational efficiency and support evolving business needs.
Establish team priorities, performance metrics, and operational strategies that align with business objectives while developing organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of commercial contracts; including licensing agreements. Reviews and approves all contractual documents, drafted by Field Contracts staff, for protection of Oracle's contractual posture, satisfaction of customer specifications, and adherence to company policy. Work with Legal throughout the negotiating and drafting process; to ensure all necessary approvals are received. Conduct periodic audits of Field Contract staffs executed engagement contracts for compliance with company policy and ensure adequate quality and technical proficiency.

Experience managing complex commercial contracts and financing transactions
Experience negotiating payment solutions and commercial agreements
Strong financial and business acumen
Experience partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Recognition teams
Experience driving operational excellence and process improvements
Knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management
Executive-level stakeholder management and relationship building
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $146,300 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
