Anytime Fitness in Amherst, OH is looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team! Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain member data, records, and information into internal systems
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Update and manage spreadsheets, databases, and digital filing systems
• Process membership forms, billing information, and related documentation
• Communicate with internal team members to resolve data discrepancies
• Generate basic reports and summaries as requested by management
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive member information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven data entry experience with strong typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
• Strong written communication skills for remote team collaboration

Compensation: $26.15 - $28.54 per hour
