Job Summary: Norstellais seeking anengagement managertolead delivery ofprotocol-drivenresearchstudiesfor epi,HEOR, andregulatoryuse cases.This is a newindividual contributor rolein a growingresearchteam.The ideal candidate brings hands-on experiencedevelopinghigh-impact researchtoaddress clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence gaps.Example projects include retrospective studies to evaluatepatient journey, treatment patterns, andclinical and economic outcomes for rare disease, oncology, chronic conditions;incidence and prevalence studies; anddevelopment of external control armsor post-marketing analysesfor regulatory use cases.Success in this role requires a foundation inobservational study design,excellent communication and organization skills, andan openness to theappropriate useof AI-enabled research and analytic toolsto accelerate time to insights.

Key Responsibilities - Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and principal researcher for non-interventional research studies that utilizeNorstellaLinQReal World Data

  • Establish clear success criteria, delivery plans, and communication cadences

  • Proactively manage expectations, risks, and dependencies

  • Support proposal development, as needed

Key Responsibilities - Operational Execution & Delivery Excellence

  • Own execution oversight forHEOR/RWEservicesengagements

  • Overseedevelopment of study documentation (e.g., study protocols/SAPs, specifications for datafeasibility andcuration), analytic interpretation, and translation of findings into summary reports and scientific publications. Solutions will requirethe useof structured data (EMR/EHR, closed claims, open claims, lab) and data curated from unstructured clinician notes.

  • Coordinate across internal delivery, data, product, and support teams

  • Maintain project tracking and reporting

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, where appropriate,to accelerate time to insights

  • Qualifications:

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of5years of professional experiencesupportinglife science sector with protocol-driven research studies usingreal world data

  • Experiencesupportingstudies that include curationor extractionof clinical information from unstructured EMR/EHRdata

  • Experiencesupportingregulatoryuse cases(i.e.,external control arms for label expansion,post-marketing safety studies),highly desired.

  • Proven track record of publishing high-impact research (please include publication history with CV/resume).

  • Skills:

  • A consulting mindset with the ability to succinctly communicate the value of a solutionor findingto technical and non-technical audiences

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize needs across multiple workstreams

  • Ability to workwith project teamsacross data technology platforms (e.g., Redshift/SQL,R,PanalgoInstant Health Data [IHD] analytics platform, AI enabled tools).While programming is not a core responsibilityforthis role, successful candidates will have prior experience working with SQL or R.

  • Education:

  • Master'sdegreeor PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Outcomes Research, Health Economics, Pharmacy, orrelatedfield.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $135,00 to $155,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
