Customer Service Representative – Charleston, WV

Location: Charleston, WV

Weekly Schedule:

• Monday - 10pm to 6am
• Tuesday & Wednesday - Off
• Thursday - 2pm to 10pm
• Friday - 2pm to 10pm
• Saturday - 10pm to 6am
• Sunday - 10pm to 6am

Pay: $15hr (Full-Time) Manpower is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local company in Charleston, West Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, passengers, and visitors
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist with customer requests
• Coordinate rental car reservations and complete associated paperwork
• Arrange hotel accommodations and transportation for customers
• Receive and submit catering orders
• Drive customers and rental vehicles as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment
• Assist with daily operational duties including coffee service, ice preparation, and facility upkeep
• Reconcile daily fuel inventory and sales records accurately and on time

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service, hospitality, aviation, travel, or airport experience preferred
• Valid West Virginia Driver's License required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Must be willing to work rotating schedules, weekends, holidays, and varying days off
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and TSA-required background checks
• Ability to complete required SIDA security training
