OverviewHourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.Assist in ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.Develop staff and support all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.Control expenses and shrinkage and manage all aspects of store operations.QualificationsMinimum age of 18 and a flexible schedule.Prior retail management experience is required.Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
