Job Information Department: GolfHospitalityPay: $6.98 plus service charge and/or gratuityCity: White Sulphur SpringsState: West VirginiaZip: 24986Job Description Primary Responsibilities:Sell refreshments from the movable Beverage Cart on the Golf Course(s).Prepare food and beverage items for sale and consumption when assigned to Halfway House and Snack Bar.Meet and greet guests.Read and analyze starter sheets.Know the courses and be able to assist anyone on the courses.Know where to get information needed.Stocking and keeping track of inventory.Use Point of Sales computer system.Clean and maintain facilities.Make change.Normal Working Hours:10 hours per day in season between 7:00am-6:00pm, weekends and holidays required.Candidate Values and Vision: The selected candidate must be able to uphold the Greenbrier's Vision, as well as demonstrate the 12 Greenbrier Values of Safety, Honesty, Excellence, Respect, Empowerment, Pride, Teamwork, Loyalty, Commitment, Cleanliness, Responsibility, and Fairness.Past Work Experience Requirements:Public relations experience.Food and beverage preparation and service experience preferred.Educational Requirements:High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Communication Skills Requirements:Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond accordingly.Communicate effectively with guests and staff.Ability to give and receive accurate information from guest, rangers, professional staff, and starters in a timely manner.Technical Requirements:Operate P.O.S (Point of Sale).Possess basic math skill to include making change in a timely manner.Knowledge of the game and etiquette of golf preferred.Required Supervision:Must be able to work independently.Other Requirements:Must be 18 years of age.Able to problem solve and remain calm under pressure.Must be able to adapt to change.#J-18808-Ljbffr
