Job Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory, deliveries, and shipments while maintaining accurate records in company systems
Maintain inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations through cycle counts, audits, stock replenishment, and inventory organization
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing, receiving, and distribution activities to support resort operations
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, company vehicles, and other equipment used in warehouse and logistics operations
Transport inventory, supplies, materials, and equipment to departments and locations throughout the resort
Provide warehouse counter service and support internal departments with inventory requests, material issuance, and delivery needs
Receive, sort, track, and distribute packages, freight, and mail for employees, guests, and business units across the resort
Coordinate outgoing shipments, carrier pickups, and vendor deliveries through USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and local suppliers
Manage fuel inventory, monitor fuel usage, maintain fuel keys, and support fueling system operations
Monitor and maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse facilities, storage areas, and inventory locations
Fill, inspect, handle, and transport propane cylinders while following all applicable regulations and safety procedures
Collect and coordinate environmental compliance activities, including required water sampling and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, PPE requirements, and all safety regulations
Maintain clear communication with employees, vendors, and resort departments to support efficient operations and excellent service
Contribute to team goals and resort success by supporting special projects and performing additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic computer skills
1 year previous work experience
3 years driving vehicle with clean record
Valid Driver's License good driving record & obtain forklift operator's certificate within three months of hire date
Must pass the operating a propane dispenser quiz and be issued a certificate of instruction within 3 months of hire date.
Office Environment:
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.
Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.

Mountain Environment:
The primary physical environment in which this position works is out of doors with a high exposure level to cold, snow, wind, rain, bugs, sun, high altitude, extreme heights, lightning, etc...
The degree of strenuous activity within the job is considered to be high. Often lifting a weight of 50 to 100 pounds throughout the day is common.
Additional strenuous physical activity may include walking or hiking upon uneven, challenging terrain with heavy tools or equipment.
Exposure to: Chemicals required for cleaning, de-greasing, and painting Ultra Violet radiation from the sun enhanced through lack of atmospheric filtration at work altitude.
Fumes produced in activities ranging from cleaning to painting to fabrication of metal products. Noise generated by snowmobiles, lift equipment, and tools may require hearing protection to be worn.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
