Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Oversee daily ready-mix plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production* Lead and support plant staff to achieve operational and quality goals* Monitor concrete quality, inventory levels, and equipment performance* Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and customer service needs* Maintain compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements**What We Are Looking For*** Strong leadership abilities with a focus on safety and team development* Excellent organizational and administrative capability, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‐paced production environment* Knowledge of ready-mix operations, equipment, or similar industrial processes* Problem-solving mindset with commitment to quality and continuous improvement* Effective communication skills for working with customers, drivers, and plant teams* Comfort with technology and systems, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PDF documentation (SAP experience a plus)**Work Environment*** Primarily based at a ready‐mix concrete plant in Charleston, WV, with responsibility for up to four sites within a 40‐mile radius* Monday–Friday schedule, typically 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, on rare occasions there are earlier starts or depending on business needs.
