Customer Associate Lead

We are seeking a Customer Associate Lead to join our team at Par Mar Store 126 in Ripley, WV. The Customer Associate Lead will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, leading a team of customer associates, and ensuring the store runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Lead and motivate a team of customer associates
• Train new employees on store policies and procedures
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
