Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and assigned security-related duties at a government location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, following access procedures and verifying credentials when required; Support emergency response activities, assist with directional guidance and/or de-escalation, and document daily activities, incidents, and security-related concerns
