Details Work in an electrophysiology lab within a Cath Lab setting at an 838-bed short-term acute care hospital Level IV Trauma Center and major teaching hospital; member of the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH) Daily caseload of 8–10 cases per tech Procedures include EP-specific cases such as pacemaker/defibrillator implants, ablations, pulmonary vein isolation (PVI), and other EP-associated procedures, as well as full Cath Lab diagnostic and interventional cases including structural heart Charting via Cerner 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM No weekends, holidays, or call required May float within clinical scope to meet facility needs but will primarily remain in the Cath Lab No floating to sister facilities required Requirements Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience with competency in all aspects of diagnostic, interventional, and structural heart procedures EP experience required, including pacemaker/defibrillator implants, ablations, PVI, and related EP procedures Active WV state license required to begin assignment; candidates with a pending WV license may be considered ARRT registration required RCIS credential is not recognized as a qualifying license to work in the Cath Lab in West Virginia BLS required (license required if applicable) Two professional references required for consideration Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility; candidates within 75–99 miles may be submitted pending facility approval Additional Information First-time travelers will not be considered; demonstrated Cath Lab and EP experience is required Scrubs are provided by the facility Parking is complimentary for travelers No RTO restrictions American Traveler Job ID P-721019.
