Job Type Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire (Eligible for permanent hire after standard probationary period)
Salary $14.50 – $15.50 per hour (Based on shift assignment)
Job Summary We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Production Workers to join our automotive component manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for manual assembly, operating production machinery, and performing quality inspections on finished parts. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong hand-eye coordination, a focus on workplace safety, and the ability to work consistently as part of a manufacturing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Component Assembly: Assemble small, intricate automotive parts by hand or using basic hand tools according to strict specifications and work orders.
Machine Operation: Load raw materials, monitor, and feed automated or semi-automated manufacturing machinery.
Quality Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of components and finished products to detect defects, flaws, or missing parts.
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily production logs and immediately report mechanical malfunctions or errors to the shift supervisor.
Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand in one designated place for the entirety of an 8-to-10 hour shift.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for repetitive assembly tasks.
Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 35–50 pounds occasionally.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly roles is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome.
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance history, and dependable transportation.
Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Pay Details: $14.50 to $15.50 per hour
