TJX - - Responsibilities: Maintain a clean store environment with floor care including operation of scrubber and buffer; Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and spot cleaning glass and windows; Adhere to health and safety policies and loss prevention standards; Cross-train to support multiple store areas and assist with front end/backroom as needed; Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with management and associates
