Management & Training Corp - - Responsibilities: Prepare vegetables, salads, meats, bread and desserts for meals; Cook or bake items requiring minimum preparation; Prepare meats by washing, trimming, boning, cutting, cubing or forming into patties or loaves; Set up cafeteria lines and serve meals on the line; Assist in storage and inventory of supplies; maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
