- Flexible scheduling with 8, 12, 16, or 24-hour shift options
- Average 60 babies daily census in 52-bed Level IV NICU
- Level IV facility with rising census
- Day shifts initially with nights available after orientation
- Full-time or near full-time FTE preferred
- NRP certification required
- Coverage to transition from MD to NNP staffing model
