* 1-5 years relevant experience in litigation (preference given to candidates with demonstrated experience or strong interest in litigation).
* Licensed to practice in West Virginia.
* Strong academic credentials.
* Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
* Ability to pass all required background checks, including criminal screening.
