Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues according to site policies; Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining activity logs, and following Allied Universal post orders, communication procedures, and local directives
