ServiceNow ITAM Leadership & Administration - Serve as the primary technical and operational owner of Encovas ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules. - Lead configuration improvements, workflow enhancements, and lifecycle automation within ServiceNow ITAM. - Ensure asset data accuracy through proactive monitoring, reconciliation, and governance controls. - Partner with ServiceNow platform owners to design scalable, maintainable ITAM solutions. - Lead integrations between ServiceNow and procurement, inventory, CMDB, and endpoint management systems. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior ITAM staff and cross-functional contributors.
