Job Details

Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, real estate, contract, employment, and tort claims. Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings. Develop case strategies and provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients. Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J. D.) from an accredited law school. Admission to the West Virginia Bar (or eligibility to waive in). Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
