Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Monitor visitor access, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and/or maintain front desk logs for employees, contractors, and guests entering the location.; Answer phones, greet visitors, direct arrivals to the appropriate department, and/or communicate access protocols and site expectations in a professional manner.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report activity according to site procedures.; Support front desk operations at a utilities location by observing lobby activity, documenting unusual events, and/or helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent screening practices.
