Scioto Services - - Responsibilities: Lead a small team of technicians on jobsites throughout the Teays Valley area with primary focus on softwash/pressure washing; Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers; Perform and oversee duties including pressure washing, soft washing, preventative maintenance, floor care, high dusting, painting, construction clean up, industrial cleaning; Manage shift timing (5am-5pm, nights/weekends as needed) and travel as required; Ensure safety and quality standards on site
