Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to achieve efficient operation and extend equipment life.; Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, following established procedures and schedules.; Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to restore proper operation.; Travel to multiple client sites within the assigned region to complete work orders and support facility operations at retail and light commercial locations.; Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits, including setting up follow-up appointments when contacted after hours or on weekends.
