A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst to support the negotiation, execution, and management of Non-Disclosure Agreements and high-risk contractual terms.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate, draft, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements in alignment with company standards and business needsSupport completion of High Risk & Mitigation Plan templates/tools, guiding stakeholders on risk requirements and strategiesAudit the contract repository to ensure documentation accuracy and completenessRequired QualificationsBackground in contracts management with experience reviewing NDA terms and conditionsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office SuiteDue to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
