A company is looking for a Legal Consultant to provide legal research, drafting, and advisory support on administrative, contractual, and institutional matters.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare legal opinions and conduct legal research on various legal instrumentsDraft and review contracts, agreements, and legal memorandaProvide legal support to administrative entities and assist in developing guidelines and proceduresRequired QualificationsUniversity degree in law (required); advanced studies desirableVery good knowledge of English or Spanish, with working knowledge of the other; knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an assetMinimum seven (7) years of relevant legal experience for P3 level and five (5) years for P2 levelExperience in international organizations is an asset
