A company is looking for an Associate Director - Cybersecurity Posture, Hygiene and AI (Remote).Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage a comprehensive security posture and hygiene strategy for AI and machine learning technologiesDevelop and execute strategies for continuous monitoring and improvement of security controls across enterprise systemsOversee daily operations, including risk management and response strategies, ensuring resilience against cyber threatsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience OR Master's Degree and 8 years of experience OR PhD and 4 years of experienceProven leadership in cybersecurity with experience in managing security posture and hygiene strategiesExperience implementing an AI security program across an enterpriseExpert knowledge of cybersecurity terminology, concepts, and the cyber threat landscapeExperience with the CIS Top 18 controls and familiarity with the CIS Controls Implementation Groups methodology
