A company is looking for a Jr IT Services Analyst to support the Oracle Customer Care & Billing platform with a focus on Credit & Collections.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and drive work tasks across three operating companies, ensuring alignment and timely deliveryPerform triage and analysis of incoming work, identifying priorities and next stepsCollaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable tasksRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar roleBasic SQL skills, including writing queries and data analysisExposure to relational databases, preferably OracleUnderstanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
