Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities: Evaluates each restaurants ability to meet operating standards and provides feedback; conducts periodic inspections of the restaurant; Visits Restaurants in person 4-5 days/week; Trains, coaches and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve the performance of all team members; Actively recruits new District Managers and DMITs; ensures team members are prepared for promotion; Analyzes business performance; initiates appropriate corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations
