A company is looking for a Head of Group Purchasing Organization - Hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Build the GPO business by defining the operating model and establishing governance and financial tracking mechanismsSecure and structure strategic vendor partnerships, negotiating agreementsand building long-term supplier relationshipsDrive adoption and revenue growth by activating customer spend and establishing recurring vendor-funded revenue streamsRequired Qualifications:6-10+ years of experience in a Group Purchasing Organization or similar commercial aggregation modelExperience negotiating national supplier agreements and structuring vendor-funded monetization modelsProven track record of launching or scaling a GPO or purchasing networkExperience building or growing a business unit from early stage to scaled revenueFinancially literate with a strong grasp of margin, rebates, and recurring revenue models
