Job TitleClaims Representative - Liability (REMOTE - License required)Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesProcess low level general liability claims by gathering information to determine liability exposure; assign reserve values to claims, make claims payments as necessary, and settle claims up to designated authority level.Develop and coordinate low level general liability claims' action plans to resolution, return-to-work efforts, and approve claim payments.Approve and process assigned claims, determine benefits due, and administer action plans pursuant to the claim or client contract.Administer subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.Communicate claim action with claimant and client.Perform other duties as assigned.Support the organization's quality program(s).Travel as required.QualificationsEducation & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; active adjuster license required (state‑specific licensure as applicable).Experience: Two (2) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience or successful completion of Claims Representative training required.Core Skills: Demonstrated success managing fast‑track claims in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment; ability to effectively handle claims across multiple venues and jurisdictions; strong competency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting contracts; experience tendering claims to carriers and third parties and managing tender responses; excellent organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills.Specific Product Knowledge: Proven experience handling General Liability products, with a strong understanding of coverage, exposure, and claims handling.BenefitsFlexible work schedule.Referral incentive program.Career development and promotional growth opportunities.Diverse and comprehensive benefits offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) on day one.EEO StatementSedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug‑Free Workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
