The Charleston, WV office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join our growing civil defense litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have between one (1) to fifteen (15) years civil defense litigation experience. The position provides the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, including general liability, premises liability, products liability and other complex civil litigation cases. Admission to the West Virginia Bar is required.

While prior insurance defense experience is preferred, we are also open to attorneys with strong litigation skills from other practice areas who are eager to develop their careers in civil defense.
