(Hiring will be based on Summer Seniority)

Program Details:

• 1 prep day and 1 holiday (WV Day)
• Site Coordinator/Interventionist hours: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM on programmatic days
  • Student attendance: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM daily
• Pay: Daily rate + 15% (based on Boone County Schools Teacher Pay Scale)
• Positions are contingent upon student enrollment at each site

Program Schedule:

June 5 - Prep Day (No Students)
June 8 - First Day of Students
June 8 - July 9 - Students attend Monday through Thursday only
June 19 - No School (WV Day)

July 3-- No School (4th of July Holiday)
July 9 -- Last day of Program

Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of the Summer Program
• Provide daily intensive interventions to students as needed
• Manage student drop-off, dismissal, and parent pick-up
• Report daily student attendance to Directors
• Collaborate with Directors and Teachers to plan and implement the program
• Maintain required documentation and submit a final report
• Work with school counselors to determine credit recovery coursework
• Monitor student progress using Edmentum Program
• Ensure students engage in meaningful STEAM activities
• Arrange for and/or substitute for any absent teachers or service personnel
• input all data in the 21st Century App
• Immediate Supervisor will be Mrs. Bretta Cook, Mr. Shea Hale, and Mr. Matt Stollings
• Perform other duties as assigned
