Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for the management of career technical training (CTT) programs in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. Monitor and manage all instructors with the CTT department to ensure full compliance regarding teaching strategies and classroom management.

2. Regularly asses and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students, prepare audit and assessment reports.

3. Evaluate curricula, instructional materials, methods, and techniques.

4. Ensure training achievement records (TAR's) are accurate and up to date and that CIS case notes are updated regularly for each students.

5. Monitor and assist with student scheduling and attendance functions to ensure accountability and maximum benefit to the students.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED AND REQUESTED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred and at least two (2) years supervisory experience. Associate's degree accepted with at least five (5) experience.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
