Role Description

Pray is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to become a key part of our Tradition of Building Excellence

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Construction Project Manager located in Scott Depot, WV.

We are seeking a driven and experienced (PM) to lead commercial construction projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong foundation in estimating, field supervision, and project delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution—ensuring that each project meets or exceeds financial, scheduling, and quality expectations for both the client and Pray Construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project estimating and budgeting efforts

· Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements

· Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

· Draft scopes of work for various trades

· Ensure compliance with West Virginia building codes

· Coordinate across project phases in a fast-paced environment

· Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and owners

· Oversee Assistant Project Manager (APM) workload and quality of work

Qualifications

· Proven experience in commercial construction project management

· Strong construction estimating and field supervision background

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project)

· Working knowledge of BlueBeam software

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

· Familiarity with West Virginia building codes

· 10-15 years experience, required

· Construction Management knowledge, preferred

· Knowledge of Lean Construction principles, preferred
