Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shopping areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, assist with crowd and/or visitor flow, and report maintenance, lighting, or property concerns that could impact daily operations.; Document incidents, routine activities, and/or notable observations in required reports while following post orders and location protocols.
