JP Construction is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Associate to join our team. The Customer Service Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout all stagesof the construction process. This role is vital to maintaining strong client relationships and supporting project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist customers by providing information about project statuses, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide feedback from customers to improve processes and service quality.
• Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours if necessary.
