Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial institution; Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify visitor access in accordance with site policies, and assist with directing employees, guests, and/or vendors to the appropriate destination; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels when needed; Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, document routine activity and/or unusual events, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and policy-based access control practices; Support daily front desk operations by answering questions, coordinating with site contacts, and following established procedures for deliveries, visitor logs, and/or badge-related processes
