Position Summary

DHi is looking for a proactive and highly organized Office and Facilities Administrator to enhance daily office operations and facilities management. The ideal candidate will manage office logistics, vendor relationships, workspace organization, and internal administrative support to foster a productive work environment.

This role requires exceptional coordination skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple operational responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations Management

  • Coordinate daily office administrative activities and workspace logistics.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and resources.
  • Assist internal teams with office-related requests.

Facilities Coordination

  • Manage facility maintenance requests and vendor services.
  • Help plan office layouts and organize workspaces.
  • Maintain facility documentation and service schedules.

Vendor & Service Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with office service providers and vendors.
  • Monitor vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Ensure swift resolution of facility-related issues.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with internal meetings, office events, and operational coordination.
  • Support operations leadership with documentation and schedule management.

Compliance & Safety

  • Help maintain workplace safety procedures and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate facility inspections and implement safety protocols as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative or facilities coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple operational priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting corporate office operations in government contracting environments.
  • Experience coordinating vendor services or managing facility tasks.

Work Environment
