Checkers - Rally's - - Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager with executing the restaurant plan and achieving sales and profits goals; Train Team Members on operations, company policies and guest service; Interview and hire Team Members and provide regular feedback and coaching; Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment; Address guest and employee concerns and escalate when necessary to the General Manager
