About the team:
The DoorDash Restaurant Platform team is responsible for driving the adoption and activation of products to help Restaurants grow their business through their own channels (Drive, Storefront, BBOT, Voice Ordering + many more).
We are launching a new confidential product and need a stellar account manager to help guide restaurants through onboarding + go live, collect product feedback + make sure all of their needs are met.
About the Role:
This role will be working closely with our restaurants (small restaurants across the country), to understand their business requirements, get them set up with our product and check in with them on a recurring basis to gather product feedback, ensure their needs are met and minimize churn
Communicate restaurant progress, status and feedback cross-functionally to our strategy, operations + product teams
This role operates for 40 hours a week
We're excited about you because...
You have 2-4+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility
You have a Bachelor's degree or higher (or commensurate work experience)
You have account management and/or customer success experience
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You can translate feedback from a restaurant to a product team and vice versa
You are comfortable working with technical products and hardware
Must have experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspaces.
Experience with Zendesk is nice to have
