Carry Out Attendant

Your Role:

• Warmly greet all guests, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Utilize your menu knowledge to assist carryout guests with their orders effectively.
• Package food and drinks accurately and efficiently, following company standards.
• Communicate professionally with guests to meet their needs and guide them through menu selections.
• Use a headset to coordinate with managers and teammates to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy with all payments.
• Practice safe food handling and maintain a clean, organized carry out area.
• Ensure all bakery and retail areas are neat, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Address guest complaints effectively and involve management as needed.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, following company script.
• Input carryout orders accurately into the computer system.
• Assist in delivering meals to dine-in guests and greet guests as they enter.
• Support cashiers when they are unavailable, and help with pre-bussing tasks.

Requirements:

• Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Preferably 0-2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with common restaurant practices and procedures.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for the duration of your shift.
